Energy deficiency and mindset around wellbeing and performance
What really is menopause and perimenopause and how do you know if you're in it?
What does it mean to you, your training and you as a person?
How does your diet, sleep, mindset and training affect your menopause transition
The powerful part of perimenopause
The workshop will be approximately 45 minutes with plenty of time for a Q&A and discussion afterwards.
