In this workshop you will learn about:

  • What is a normal period and monthly cycle and what to watch out for

  • Energy deficiency and mindset around wellbeing and performance

  • What really is menopause and perimenopause and how do you know if you're in it?

  • What does it mean to you, your training and you as a person?

  • How does your diet, sleep, mindset and training affect your menopause transition

  • The powerful part of perimenopause 

    The workshop will be approximately 45 minutes with plenty of time for a Q&A and discussion afterwards.
